Knox House is a large property that desperately needed a complete refresh. The new owners wanted to create a modern family home that reflected their active lifestyle but were mindful this had to work within their period property. We re-designed all the main living spaces, bedrooms, hallway and family gym/sauna. We created new layouts, updated all the fabrics, flooring, lighting and colour schemes. Our dedicated teams of tradespeople completed this large project on time and budget. The family are delighted with the outcome and have asked us to complete their remaining bathrooms and coach house into a "grannie' flat.
