3 Bedroom first floor traditional conversion

Walls were knocked down under our guidance and to meet Building Control regulations to create an open plan kitchen and living area with spectacular views out to Arran.

A mixture of hardwood floors and real Travertine tiles were used to great affect in this area. A solid Walnut kitchen was supplied and fitted by Homes + Interiors and fitted with Granite worktops.

An outsized sofa, feature chairs and chaise longue were designed by us and custom made locally. The windows feature Roman blinds and all lighting was carefully considered and supplied.

The main bathroom and ensuite was designed and supplied by us to the client’s brief and within a set budget. This included all tiles, sanitary ware, lighting, paint colours throughout and mirrors to complete the look. All trades were supplied and managed by us.
