By using our website, or purchasing products from our online shop, you agree to the following terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. All our payment process is hosted on a secure server handled by Worldpay. We do not accept cheques.
You will not have any right at any time to cancel a Contract for the supply of any products made to your bespoke requirements (e.g. using your own choice of materials or to your own measurements).
You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any of the following Products after delivery: mattresses, bed linen, pillows, duvets or any products made to your bespoke requirements (e.g. using your own choice of materials or to your own measurements).
Except where the previous two paragraphs are relevant, you may cancel a Contract at any time before we confirm that goods have been handed to our couriers for delivery. We will then process your refund.
In addition to your other rights in these terms, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products (except where the first two paragraphs of this section are relevant). In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our returns policy.
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them including the original packaging, and at your own cost and risk. You are under no obligation to use our couriers, although we can assist with the return process by booking a collection with them on your behalf. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
We have the right to cancel an order at any time prior to delivery.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. You should contact your solicitor or local Citizens Advice Bureau if you need further information about your rights.
Please see our separate returns section. Homes + Interiors Ltd reserves the right to refuse any returns which are returned outwith the 7 working day returns period. Any items which are damaged, are not in their original condition and do not have the original tags and labels attached will not be accepted. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
We undertake to deal with any complaint quickly and sympathetically.
In a bid to do our bit for the environment we will reuse packaging and boxes wherever possible.
We will not pass on your details to any other party.
Homes + Interiors Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
The terms and conditions constitute the agreement between Homes + Interiors Ltd and you (the customer) in respect of the use of our services and of our website, www.homesandinteriors.co.uk. The agreement is governed by Scots law.
You are not permitted to reproduce, sell or exploit for any personal or commercial purpose any part of the website.
