Returns policy
We hope that your order will be to your complete satisfaction. Under distance selling regulations you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' from the day you receive your goods, in which time you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a full refund will be given, including any original delivery charges.
If the goods have already been dispatched and you simply have 'a change of heart' then the delivery costs will be bourn by you the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn us.
To do this, return to your order in the "My account" section of the site. You can then fill in the form and request a return. Alternatively, contact us and we will then issue you with a returns number.
We recommend that you return your goods by recorded delivery as a receipt is not proof of shipping. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We will not be responsible for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty, in which case the postage costs will be refunded by us.
Homes + Interiors Ltd reserves the right to refuse any returns which are returned outwith the 7 working day 'cooling off' period. Any items which are damaged, are not in their original condition and do not have the original tags and labels attached will not be accepted. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Personalised/bespoke orders
We regret we cannot offer a refund on personalised and/or bespoke orders unless it is as a result of our mistake. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
