Availability and Delivery

Availability

All orders placed with Homes + Interiors Ltd are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, every effort will be made to highlight this on the website. However, if you order something which is out of stock a member of the Homes + Interiors Ltd team will contact you by email or phone to advise you of the delay and see what you want to do.

On rare occasions, more than one customer may have the same item in their baskets – if this happens the person who checks out first will secure the item and we will contact the other customer.

Delivery

We normally estimate delivery of Products within 2-3 weeks for Products which are in stock and 4-16 weeks for Products not in stock or for bespoke Products produced to your specific requirements. Please note all projected delivery times are estimates.

Your goods will be carefully wrapped before dispatch.

Standard UK delivery

For small orders we use Royal Mail First Class post to deliver your goods. We aim to dispatch goods within four working days, sooner if possible. The charge for this is £5.95. Where orders are particularly heavy we may use a courier service and this will be charged at a minimum of £15.

For items like a chair or mirror which are bulkier and require more handling a charge of £30 per item will be made.

For larger furniture items (i.e. a sofa or dining table) a special delivery service is used and a charge of £50 per item will be made.

Express delivery

If you need your order quickly please contact us directly and we will do our best to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.

Collect in person

We also offer a collect in person option. You can order your goods in the online store and then collect them from either our Giffnock or Troon shop. Please get in touch to arrange a suitable time to pick up your order. There is no charge for this service.

Overseas delivery

We do not currently offer a delivery service overseas.
